Delete your account
If you wish to permanently delete your app account and all associated data:
- Open The She Center app and tap on the round profile icon in the bottom right-hand corner to bring up the “More” menu.
- Scroll down to tap “Settings.”
- Scroll down to tap “Delete Account.”
Alternatively, you may send an email to contact@theshecenter.com with subject line “Delete my app account.” The email must come from the email associated with the account and must include your username in the body of the email. We will take reasonable steps to verify account deletion requests come from the actual user.
Delete your data
You can delete and manage most types of data within the app without deleting your account:
- Posts or other information on the Connect feed, Groups, Forums, etc.:
- Tap on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of your post.
- Tap “Delete.”
- Profile information:
- Tap on the round profile icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to bring up the “More” menu.
- Tap your name.
- Tap the word “Profile.”
- Then tap “Edit” in the top right-hand corner.
- From here, you can choose “Edit” to change your name, nickname, and pronouns, “Profile Photo” to change/remove your image, or “Cover Photo” to change/remove your cover photo.
Alternatively, you may send an email to contact@theshecenter.com with subject line “Delete my app data.” The email must come from the email associated with the account, include the username in the body of the email, and include which specific information you would like us to delete. We will take reasonable steps to verify account deletion requests come from the actual user.
