Our Model

How Contribution Works at The She Center

The She Center is being built in a different way.

We are not a traditional company, and we are not currently hiring for paid roles. Instead, we are creating a contribution-based ecosystem—one where women (and allies of women) come together to build something meaningful through shared effort, care, and intention.

This work is not driven by transactions. It is driven by participation.

What that Means

People contribute to The She Center in many ways:

  • Showing up in community
  • Sharing ideas and insights
  • Hosting She Circles
  • Supporting others
  • Helping shape what this becomes

These contributions matter. They are part of how this work grows.

When someone offers their time, creativity, or perspective, we receive that with care and consideration. When appropriate, we aim to acknowledge and honor those contributions in ways that are aligned with this model.

What It Does Not Mean

At this stage, contribution does not create an expectation of payment, employment, or future paid roles.

We are intentionally building something that is not rooted in traditional employment structures. As the ecosystem evolves, we will continue to listen, learn, and refine how contribution and support take shape—but we want to be clear and transparent about where we are right now.

Supporting the Work

The She Center is supported by voluntary contributions from the community. These contributions help sustain the platform, support the team, and expand access to women around the world.

If this work is meaningful to you, there are many ways to participate—through your presence, your contribution, and, if aligned, your financial support.

A Shared Effort

This is a co-created space.

It is shaped by the women who show up, engage, and contribute with intention. What we are building together is still unfolding—and your presence here is part of that.

If you have ideas, insights, or feel called to contribute, we welcome you.
