Call for Proposals

Event Date: October 4-6, 2024
Location: Denver, Colorado

About the Event: Women Lead Live is a premier event designed to empower female professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders. We’re looking for dynamic speakers who can inspire and uplift our audience with a focus on leadership, mindset shifts, and creating impactful change.

Proposal Submission Guidelines:

  1. Presentation Format: Each session is 1 hour. Presentations should support the theme of empowering women in leadership on three levels: Self, Sphere, and World. We recommend the following format:
    • Introduction of who you are and your mission in the world
    • Challenges early on that made success unlikely
    • Specific mindset, identity shift, or tool used to overcome challenge (Centering your Self)
    • Positive impact on cause or community (Centering your Sphere)
    • How that extends into a vision of hope for a better world for women (how you envision a Centered World)
  2. Submission Requirements:
    • Video Sample: A recording of a past presentation or a sample of your presentation style.
    • Proposal Summary: A brief outline of your proposed presentation (300-500 words), highlighting how it supports the theme of women in leadership.
    • Audience Engagement (if applicable): Include information on your existing audience or following, such as students, social media followers, etc.
  3. Evaluation Criteria:
    • Alignment with the event theme: Empowering women in leadership.
    • Inspirational value: Ability to inspire and engage the audience.
    • Stage presence and presentation style.
    • Congruence with The She Center’s mission and values.

Compensation: Presenters will receive:

  • Free VIP ticket to the event ($397 value).
  • One month of free membership in The She Circle online community ($247 value).
  • Opportunity to share a call to action during your presentation (approval required).
  • 10% of any event ticket sales generated through your network.

Deadline for Submission: Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Proposals will be evaluated on a rolling basis, so early submission is to your advantage.

Technical Requirements:

  • Slides and outline must be submitted and approved two weeks prior to the event.

Please submit your proposal, video sample, and any additional information to kelsq@theshecenter.org by EOD Sept. 3, 2024 with subject “Women Lead Live: [Your Name]”.

Can’t Make It?

If you are unavailable for these dates but interested in staying connected, we encourage you to submit a speaking sample for future events or join us at our Centered Leader Certification.
